Everything Ships Free. FREE Shipping (Ground) is FREE for all orders in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). The estimated shipping time for FREE Shipping (UPS or FedEx Ground) is 4-7 business days (not including weekends/holidays). We do not offer free shipping to PO Boxes as we ship all FREE Shipping orders by UPS and FedEx.
