SHIPPING POLICY

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY All my Wet Willy products are warranted to the original retail customer for one year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. All parts and labor or replacement (at our option) are covered. You must send in your original invoice to obtain coverage.

FREE Shipping

FREE Shipping (Ground) is FREE for all orders in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). The estimated shipping time for FREE Shipping (UPS or FedEx Ground) is 3-5 business days (not including weekends/holidays). We do not offer free shipping to PO Boxes as we ship all FREE Shipping orders by UPS and FedEx. 

Shipping to a PO Box requires additional handling by USPS and is subject to an additional charge.

Need to make a return? It’s easy!

Contact us to receive a FREE, printable, pre-paid USPS shipping label. Refunds are for merchandise values only and the credit will be issued within 7 business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Pre–paid return label is valid for use for USA orders only.

Love it, but need a different size, color or style? Simply utilize our free returns process and send the original item back for a credit and place a new order to purchase the replacement item.

In the event that you purchased an item that was on sale (and no longer is), or if we shipped the incorrect item (sorry!), please call our customer care team and we will be happy to honor your discount on a new order.

FREE Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

If it is past 30 days and the product has not been used, we will only be able to offer store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping cost for orders past 30 days.
